Beast Quest & Cherub online campaigns

Galatus picks up another hat trick from Hodder Children's books, this time to produce a game and supporting widgets for the popular Beast Quest & CHERUB/Henderson's Boys series of books. Main aims are to generate loyalty from the existing fanbase, send regular news updates via a bespoke content managment tool and encourage word of mouth promotion.

Oxford English Dictionary viral campaign

We're very excited about producing a viral quiz to promote the release of the 2010 Oxford English Dictionary. The viral is currently in production and will feature a spinning 3D cube interface that will link into the database used for popular tv quiz Countdown.

The launch will conicide with the start of the new term in September and will also be supported by an online PR and social media campaign.

Etailer widget and CMS for Harlequin Canada

Galactus are please to announce we won a pitch to create a virtual bookshelf widget for Harlequin Enterprises Canada that will be rolled out across multiple retail partner websites throughout the course of the year. 

Many of their retail websites don’t have enough product or content to promote the extensive Harlequin offering. Neither do they have the time or internal resources to update this product or content online.  Therefore the widget will be used to roll up to the minute content tailored for each individual etailer that will be updated globally via a content management system that Galactus will also be developing.

Further developments include integration with retailer e-commerce platforms.

Three Lions 2010 viral for EMI

Not long until the World Cup now and Galactus are chuffed to have been asked to produce a viral to promote a re-worked, orchestral version of this inconic single that will feature the original Broudy, Baddiel & Skinner team as well as the new additions including Robbie Williams & Russel Brand.

Facebook apps for Very Short Introductions & Oxford World's Classics

Following the popularity of the website quiz we produced for both www.veryshortintroductions.co.uk and the Oxford World's Classics, classic character quiz, we have been asked to repurpose these quizzes into Facebook applications to extend their online reach focusing specifically on the Facebook platform.
