Campaign objectives were to drive users to the website, engage them with the content and buy the book.
Online PR activity included securing reviews & competitions targeting ABC1, male web users and historical fans aged 30+.
Secured placements included The History Channel, BBC History, Borders, History Today, Classic Book Club & Open University to name a few.
Promotional activity was difficult to measure as it was a multi platform campaign. However the exposure we secured on the History Channel alone more than delivered a return on investment for the entire campaign budget.
